The Lucky Loyalty program is a guest loyalty card that guests earn points that can be turned into credit for future meals. We currently have over 20,000 members that use their cards at Lucky Bones Backwater Grille and at the Washington Inn.

How It Works

Simply present your Lucky Loyalty card, the name on your account, or your phone number to your server at the end of your meal. We’ll swipe it, and your points will be added automatically.

You can check your balance or update your account anytime through the Paytronix portal on our website.

Rewards

• $35 Dining Credit for every 350 points earned

• Free Dessert during your birthday month (redeemable at Lucky Bones or Washington Inn anytime during your birthday month)

• Double Points Monday–Thursday during lunch at Lucky Bones (11am–3pm, dine-in or take-out)

• Triple Points on the 1st and 13th of each month during lunch at Lucky Bones (11am–3pm, dine-in or take-out)

Program Details

• Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on food at Lucky Bones Backwater Grille and The Washington Inn

• Points are based on the pre-tax total (alcohol, taxes, gratuities, discounts, gift certificates, and banquet functions excluded)

• Points can be earned and redeemed on Lucky To-Go orders

• Accounts may become inactive after 12 months of no activity

• Lucky Bones employees are not eligible for membership

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. Membership may be discontinued if unauthorized points are accrued or redeemed.

Note: Our loyalty platform switched over in October 2024, and requires loyalty members to create a username and password to access their account, when previously members only needed their card number and birth date. To access your loyalty account, please click “Loyalty Member Login- Click here” and click “New User”. Enter your loyalty number and birth date associated with the account, and proceed to create a Username and Password. Your account should be all set to use! Questions?
